Private Provider
Under Florida Statute 553.791, we conduct an independent plan review before the project goes to the building department. Pre-reviewed projects are eligible for shorter statutory turnaround timeframes at the department, and our review minimizes rejections - both factors typically result in faster overall approval than going through standard review alone.
