Tatiana Gust - CEO & Founder
Tatiana Gust is a Civil Engineer originally from Santiago, Chile. After moving to the United States in 2004, she joined the Collier County Building Department, where she gained an insider's understanding of building codes and recognized a critical gap: the permitting process was frustrating, opaque, and slow - not because it had to be, but because no one was coordinating it properly.
She founded Elite Permits in 2013 to bridge that gap. Her detail-oriented engineering mindset and her ability to foresee issues before they become problems became the foundation of everything we do. Her personal mission is to make permitting faster and clearer for everyone - contractors, designers, homeowners, and even the building departments themselves.
