Inspect new construction, remodeling projects, and existing structures for compliance with governing codes and ordinances. Review permits and construction plans, conduct field inspections, enforce building codes, and document compliance or violations. Florida inspection licenses and five years of construction industry experience (or relevant licensure) required.
